Delete Your Account
How to permanently delete your SolveMY account and associated data.
Option 1 — In the app
Open the SolveMY app, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and queued for permanent deletion.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email support@solvemy.com.my from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted and what is kept
We delete your profile, photos, service listings, job posts, saved items, and chat messages.
Some records may be retained where required by Malaysian law (for example transaction, tax, and dispute records) for up to 7 years, and anonymised data may be kept for analytics. Retained records are not used to contact or identify you after deletion.
