How does the escrow payment work?v
When you pay for a booking, the money is held securely. The provider only receives payment after you confirm the job is completed satisfactorily.
How are providers verified?v
Providers must upload their MyKad (IC) front and back. Optionally, they can also submit their SSM registration for business verification.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?v
You can raise a dispute before marking the job as completed. Our team will review the case and mediate a fair resolution.
What payment methods are accepted?v
We support Touch n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, and credit or debit cards via iPay88.
Is my contact information safe?v
Yes. Our contact masking system automatically detects and removes phone numbers and emails in chats before a booking is confirmed.
