How does payment work?v
When you pay for a booking, the payment is processed securely by FIUU (our licensed payment partner). If a job isn't completed as agreed, you can raise a dispute and request a refund through SolveMY's resolution process.
How are providers verified?v
Providers must upload their MyKad (IC) front and back. Optionally, they can also submit their SSM registration for business verification.
What if I am not satisfied with the work?v
You can raise a dispute before marking the job as completed. Our team will review the case and mediate a fair resolution.
What payment methods are accepted?v
We support Touch n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, and credit or debit cards via FIUU.
Is my contact information safe?v
Yes. Our contact masking system automatically detects and removes phone numbers and emails in chats before a booking is confirmed.
