Finding and contacting providers is always free. Providers pay a monthly verification fee, collected by our team at the verification visit. Nothing is paid in the app.
Looking for a service? Searching, requesting quotes, chatting and contacting providers on SolveMY is free, with no booking fees.
Which one is mine?
- You have an SSM-registered business AND a physical shop with a signboard: Merchant Verification (RM99 a month).
- Anyone else, including an SSM business without a shop, or a shop without SSM: Individual Provider Verification (RM49 a month).
You cannot choose: our team decides from your documents and confirms it at the visit. A business with SSM and a shop pays the merchant fee.

SolveMY decides which verification applies from the documents you send. After the 500 founding merchants, new merchants get their first month free.
How it works
- 1Sign up and apply: your IC or passport and a selfie holding it. Merchants also send their SSM certificate and a storefront photo showing the signboard.
- 2Our team checks your documents and approves your verification.
- 3Your free period starts the day you are approved.
- 4We email you 14 days and 3 days before it ends.
- 5To stay verified, our team visits every month and collects the verification fee in person.
